BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. With its unique combination of stunning architecture, abundant facilities and unsurpassed geographic location our lodge is an extremely popular venue. Hence, all bookings must be confirmed with a 40% deposit cleared to our bank account.
2. The 60% balance of your agreed fee must be cleared to our bank account two months before your scheduled arrival otherwise clause 3 below will apply. For school holidays / Public Holiday Weekends, the 60% balance should be clearned 3 months before your scheduled arrival otherwise clause 3 below will apply.
3. Should you be late in paying the balance of your agreed fee or cancel your stay within 6 months of the agreed arrival date the 40% deposit will be forfeited.
4. After a cancellation if we can not book the dates of your stay within 2 weeks of your original arrival date you will be liable to us for the remaining 60% of your booking fee and our costs of recovering this 60%.
5. Alternatively, if within 6 months of your scheduled arrival you wish to change your dates, a 5% administration charge will apply to the new booking.
6. A $500 bond is payable with the 60% balance. This is returned to you after your departure when our cleaners have checked the property and reported to us that it has been left as you found it – in good repair, neat and tidy with nothing missing . In special circumstances a larger bond may be required.
7. Linen / Towels can be arranged for $185 + GST for the whole house.
8. No Pets Allowed.
