BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. With its unique combination of stunning architecture, abundant facilities and unsurpassed geographic location our lodge is an extremely popular venue. Hence, all bookings must be confirmed with a 40% deposit cleared to our bank account.
2. The 60% balance of your agreed fee must be cleared to our bank account one month before your scheduled arrival otherwise clause 3 below will apply. For school holidays the 60% balance should be clearned 3 months before your scheduled arrival otherwise clause 3 below will apply.
3. Should you be late in paying the balance of your agreed fee or cancel your stay within 6 months of the agreed arrival date the 40% deposit will be forfeited.
4. After a cancellation if we can not book the dates of your stay within 2 weeks of your original arrival date you will be liable to us for the remaining 60% of your booking fee and our costs of recovering this 60%.
5. Alternatively, if within 6 months of your scheduled arrival you wish to change your dates, a 5% administration charge will apply to the new booking.
6. A $380 bond is payable with the 60% balance. This is returned to you after your departure when our cleaners have checked the property and reported to us that it has been left as you found it – in good repair, neat and tidy with nothing missing . In special circumstances a larger bond may be required.
7. Keys can be collected and returned from Elders at Berry during business hours, otherwise before 10pm at Berry NRMA petrol station.
8. If you require linen/towels they can be arranged for $30 - $150 depending on how many beds are required
