This convenient and comfortable property includes 54 fully furnished six-bedroom apartments, which include: two bathrooms, a study desk and chair, lounge and dining areas and an open plan kitchen. Plus, unlike other providers we don’t charge you a security deposit or bond, as long as you’re a Curtin student!

BBQ facilities are located in the common outdoor areas of the property. Residents can enjoy a BBQ with friends, family or prepare a dinner for one.
Bike storage is available for use though spaces are limited.
Our common room has a pool table, a table tennis table, foosball tables, couches, a television and a large projector for watching movies. The common room can be booked for resident functions.
Parking at the complex is free but limited. If you plan to have a car, please contact us directly to find out about parking availability.

The kitchen in your apartment has all of your essentials including; fridge/freezer, sink, cooktop, storage space and microwave oven.
There are two laundries on site, with washing machines, dryers and sinks for hand washing.
Curtin Library provides a vast collection of study materials, computers, study spaces, wireless technology and printing facilities.
The property is in a great location with close access to public transport. There is a bus stop just outside the entrance residence, which is also a five minute walk to Curtin University for all your classes.
Waterford Plaza Shopping Centre is just a short stroll across the road where you can find over 60 specialty stores all in one convenient location. Located on the corner of Kent Street and Manning Road in Karawara, access by car and public transport is easy via both the Kwinana Freeway and Albany Highway. You can explore all the flavours of the world right here with over 27 places to eat and drink, whilst soaking up the atmosphere of the Waterford Plaza High Street.

The property features high speed wireless broadband via the EDUROAM network for Curtin University students throughout the main common areas of the building.
Your Internet usage and connection is included in your utilities each week. Additional internet can be purchased should your needs require.
